DigitalC Accelerates Cleveland’s Broadband Future with Cambium Networks and InCoax Networks
DigitalC, Cleveland’s nonprofit technology pioneer, is transforming the city’s digital landscape by expanding affordable, high-speed internet access to underserved communities. Partnering with Cambium Networks and InCoax Networks, DigitalC is deploying an innovative hybrid broadband solution that combines wireless infrastructure and coax-based last-mile delivery—enabling fast, cost-effective connectivity in both single-family homes and multi-dwelling units (MDUs). With 58 active sites and 6,000 households connected at just $18 per month, DigitalC is proving that equitable broadband can drive education, opportunity, and inclusion. Flagship projects like Domain Cleveland, a student housing property near Cleveland State University, showcase how advanced Wi-Fi 6 technology and centralized network management are powering a scalable model for citywide digital equity.
