After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Baldwin Wallace University, he spent six years at the Cleveland Foundation, where he most recently served as a senior human resources generalist. Jaelen’s passion for community and leadership development has led him to join numerous committees and programs. He currently serves on the associate board for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. He previously served as the selection committee chair and executive producer for the Annual Black Heritage Celebration’s I Am Dr. King’s Dream Project with Fox 8 News recognizing Northeast Ohio’s future leaders from kindergarten through college. Hollinger earned his Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
